When customers/guests think 30 minutes is too long to wait for food, we need to look them square in their eyeballs and tell them, "30 minutes is about right". If they're in a hurry,they should stick to "fast food" places like Carl's Jr etc.

that's why they call it work
I am pooped! Busy weekend at work. I guess it's right to be tired, that's why they call it work.
